A fantastic Interim HR & Graduate Recruitment Administrator opportunity is available within an established Financial Advisory and Asset Management firm in Central London.

The role requires the successful candidate to support Graduate Recruitment and European Learning and Development activities across a key business unit.

Responsibilities:

- Manage internal and external logistics for graduate recruitment assessments

- Communicate with and update candidates using Taleo

- Assist with the Spring & Summer Internship Programs

- Help organise and prepare all assessment centre material

- Liaise with external immigration counsels

- Coordinate and attend events representing the company

- Help create presentation material for senior members of staff

- Assist with the organisation of the Learning Programme events

Requirements:

- Broad understanding of HR Administration tasks

- Experience supporting graduate recruitment programs

- Interest in Learning & Development

- Excellent to competent IT skills

- Working knowledge of Taleo is advantageous

- Innovative and analytical mindset

- Communicate effectively throughout the company
