Oakleaf Partnership are working with a leading media organisation who are currently looking to recruit an HR Benefits Advisor. We are looking for people on both a permanent and temporary basis.
You will be the main point of contact for employees within the business regarding benefits and pensions. Other responsibilities will include; daily administration surrounding pensions and benefits, answering queries that employees may have, providing ideas for implementing new initiatives, liaising with vendors, managing data including absence management and project work.
We are looking for someone who has experience within benefits and pensions and who is highly competent with Excel.
