My client are a world leading Real Estate business who are rapidly expanding and in need of a new HRBP for their London office. You will look after the Commercial division in the UK with a client group of up to 500 people. Building strong relationships across your business areas is crucial and at the forefront of every HRBPs agenda.You must be someone who likes to roll up your sleeves and be on the ground with each and every group.
A big focus for the role will be development including talent, retention and succession planning. You will work on creating objectives and lead on rolling them out and communicating across the business. There will be plenty of opportunities to get strategically involved in all aspects of HR, such as recruitment and focussing on attracting more women to the industry.
As a business they pride themselves on their culture which is fun, high paced and everyone is willing to help! You will manage a small team of HR Assistants so management experience is ideal. This is a role for someone who is exceptional at relationship building and has the ability to manage a number of client groups and adapt to their individual needs.
