My client is a multinational business who are looking to hire a strategic business partner to join their London based office. Working within the wider HR Team, managing a HR Adviser you will be expected to execute the HR strategy and lead the provision of HR to the Group finance function.
Key responsibilities will include;
Provide strategic HR support and service to Group Finance leadership team, contributing to the development of strategic and tactical plans to support short term and long term business and functional goals from a people perspective
Contribute and support the Group Finance and Discipline strategies and transformational ambitions from an HR functional point of view.
Develop & promote a culture which values and focusses on the attraction, identification, development, engagement and retention of talent, both in terms of leadership potential & Experts for business-critical roles, ensuring a strong succession pipeline.
Drive a culture of high performance by ensuring appropriate use of the Company performance management process and tools. Manage the process across Group Finance, ensuring clear direction throughout the performance cycle and support delivery of high performance and living of company values.
Implement Group OE/Talent and Learning deliverables to define and build competency requirements to ensure the delivery of technical excellence in the Finance & Legal disciplines. Work with the teams to design and deliver learning initiatives to enhance capability where required
Provide advice and support to Group Finance Leadership on the development of an inclusive culture. Manage the implementation of the businesses and Group Finance initiatives to increase diversity in the function.
Ensure the effective implementation of agreed HR initiatives and programmes, policies and procedures, across Group Finance, in conjunction with the Business Unit HR team where appropriate.
You will have experience in working within a global martrix corporate structure demonstrating the ability to deliver through a center of excellence model. Culturally the organization is very collaborative and candidates need to be able to show evidence of building strong relationships across an organisation.
