My client is globally recognized brand who are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner to lead across the technology and operational client groups. Mainly based in the UK you will be partnering closely with the stakeholders to deliver an integrated and commercially focused HR service within the business whilst taking the lead on two board sponsored projects around development and succession.
Key responsibilities will include;
To work in partnership with Leadership teams to understand HR requirements and identity appropriate HR programs and initiatives challenging and making recommendations on current HR practices
To build strong client relationships with key individuals in area of responsibility, providing HR advice and strategic counsel to local leadership typically at MD level
To provide advise interpretation and guidance on HR polices proactive and processes escalating to senior colleagues or specialist teams where necessary
To drive to HR agenda with in a defined area by ensuring that all people managers are equipped and able to deliver against ongoing people management requirements
Leverage expertise from HR centers of excellence and broader business partnering colleagues to ensure HR programs and initiatives are communicated understood and implemented consistently across the business.
Due to the structure and experience of the team it is required that candidates have a recent background in the financial services industry and recent exposure to effectively working with centers of excellence. This is a development role and my client is ideally looking for candidates who have the ability to step into a Head of role in a short time frame so therefore likely that this will be a sideways move initially.
