A fantastic global brand have an unique opportunity for a Senior HR Business Partner to join their West London based team. Reporting into and working closely with the HR Director you will be aligned to a largely UK based division with two reports.
Key responsibilities will include;
Building strong and collaborative relationships with all key stakeholders, brining commercial and people insight to help create and best possible place to work that drives the delivery of objectives.
Working with relevant exports in the people team, supporting in the 'day to day'
Learning and Development
Compliance e.g tax, right to work
Leading the sound of execution of all people processes (including pay, general transactions)
Developing and implementing policies and other people assets that align to and facilitate the development and nurturing of the businesses culture
Leading the implementation of projects in line with budget and overall businesses people plan
You will be a commercially aware, customer centric and have exposure to working in a consumer industry. Candidates will be able to influence senior stakeholders and work effectively across an agile and multisite organisation.
