A well-known Global Investment Bank in the city, currently have a Senior HR Administrator position available to cover a period of maternity. This role will be responsible for line management of 2 direct reports, will manage follow on processes and act as a subject matter expert for the HR System- Oracle.

Ideal candidates will have previous HR experience within a global matrix organisation, prior people management experience, will be confident liaising with employees across all levels, able to work to pace and manage multiple workloads.

Duties:

  • Respond to employee's queries and requests
  • Manage new joiner process
  • Perform rehire process
  • Manage worker documentation and files, including data changes
  • Make individual organisation structure changes
  • Act as a System Super User
  • Provide system user access support
  • Manage bulk changes/uploads to Oracle
  • Process resignations, redundancies, TUPE's, death in service, dismissals
  • Respond to organisation and position management queries and requests
  • Create, amend, close organisation unit/position
  • Execute bulk organisation unit/position creation/amendment
  • Maintain Self Service pages on HR InfoPoint
  • Introductory training for new members of the HR team
  • Provide management information as per requests from HR and Business contacts
  • Run reports and provide basic analysis where appropriate
