My client is an international investment bank based in the City and now looking to hire a Recruiter to join their HR team. The ideal candidate will have recruitment experience within Investment Banking and must be a strong team player willing to work within a small and busy HR department supporting a dynamic European business
Source talent across all functions and build candidate pipelines for future opportunities.
Partner with all levels of the business to understand requirements and understand different business functions.
Manage PSL, conduct PSL reviews and negotiate terms where applicable. Build strong relationships with key
suppliers to ensure competitive agreements are in place and that external messaging to candidates is consistent.
Directly sourcing candidates where applicable through social media, job boards, internal announcements and
Providing management/ hiring team with regular updates on progress.
Pre-screen candidates and drive the interview process.
Work closely with HR and hiring managers to improve the onboarding process/ the candidate experience.
Arranging interviews, booking meeting rooms, preparing and administering case studies, and collating feedback.
Coaching and guiding hiring managers and making improvements to the interview process.
Assisting HR manager with strategic growth forecasting/ succession planning.
Obtaining market data (salaries, bonuses etc.) and feeding back to HR team/ management where applicable.
Assist the HR team with on-boarding administration, including contract drafting.
Ad hoc administration (i.e. employee referral bonus letters etc.)
2+ years of experience in internal and/or agency recruitment preferably within Investment Banking.
Strong background in recruitment including direct sourcing.
Track record of managing multiple recruitment efforts across different disciplines and managing different stakeholders.
Understanding of immigration rules and FCA reg framework.
