A growing financial services organisation is looking for a Head of HR to join the HR team. Reporting in to the COO and working closely with the Finance Director, CEO & broader leadership team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering the HR Strategy, managing annual HR processes and ad-hoc HR projects, supported by a small & colleaborative HR team. You will also be responsible for managing the Admin & Facilities team. The position will be strategic and operational in a high touch regulated financial services environment.
You will be an articulate and commercial HR Generalist operating at Head of HR level in another global financial services organisation. You will be comfortable managing a small team and operating in a strategic and operational role. Degree (2:1)+ and / or CIPD (preferred).
