LMA have an exciting new opportunity for a HR Advisor for a large charity organization based in Bristol.
We are looking for someone with a strong ER experience in complex cases involving protected characteristics, redundancy, contractual changes, Tupe and experience in dealing with challenging individuals. You will need to be able to delegate and direct requests, provide advice and support mangers in handling employee relation issues such as discipline, absence and capability. Ideally would prefer a coaching style of work and the ability to be proactive.
You would need to have good travel links, as multi-site experience and willingness to travel are essential.
The role is for 6 months contract looking to pay 36k.
