Resourcing Specialist

What will you be doing?

We have an opportunity for a Resourcing Specialist to join our in-house recruitment delivery team responsible for attracting and delivering high quality internal and external candidates to the business in a timely and cost efficient manner.

Working closely with a Senior Resourcing Specialist, as part of a shared service delivery team you will proactively support throughout the recruitment process from understanding the requirement, advertising & sourcing for candidates and managing the offer & on-boarding processes.

You will work with Hiring Managers to establish technical and cultural requirements of each job role and agree & deliver appropriate recruitment strategies to attract suitably qualified candidates.

Throughout you will engage with key stakeholders e.g. hiring managers, Senior Resourcing Specialists, HR Partners, members of both the reward and talent teams ensuring that all resourcing activity is executed professionally, timely and in line with relevant legislation and governance.

To be brilliant at this role, we expect:

Individuals who are experienced in recruitment and skilled in direct sourcing, with the ability and knowledge to explore many routes to market. You may already be working in-house or be looking to move from a recruitment agency but will enjoy the challenge of having to source for particularly niche and often difficult to fill positions.

A strong understanding of social media and job boards is required, as is an understanding of new and innovative ways to attract and retain talent in a competitive market place

You will be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering high quality hires across a wide range of disciplines and engage & build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. You will be results oriented with a 'can do' approach and with a track record of delivering in a fast-paced environment.

We use Workday recruitment as our ATS and experience in Workday would be beneficial but equally this can be taught.

Centrica is a large complex organisation so you must be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, with the ability to work in a Shared Service dealing with a variety of different stakeholders.
