A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for a Learning and Development Administrator at a reputable company based in South London supporting the L&D team. This is a part-time 3 day per week , 3 month temporary position starting as soon as possible.

We are looking for a talented administrator to support the Learning and Development team, and the wider HR team to deliver training interventions across the businesses, in particular the coordination and logistics of training events.

You will be responsible for administration of the company's leadership programme, collation of online 360 exercise and evaluation results, developing PowerPoint presentations and resources as well as various admin tasks supporting the HR projects and HR Director.

Essential Experience:

  • Desirable - Previously worked in a busy office environment

  • Demonstrable experience of using Microsoft Office tools effectively to an advanced level including Word, Excel and Outlook, and in particular, PowerPoint.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent organisation skills - able to prioritise activities, work in a timely fashion and consistently meet deadlines, even under pressure, whilst maintaining quality.

  • Good numerical skills - able to perform basic mathematical functions

  • Good influencing and persuasion skills - able to work with, negotiate and challenge others to build great relationships and achieve their objectives.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills - able to deliver messages accurately and clearly in plain English to different audiences and be understood the first time.

  • Able to maintain confidentiality

  • Able to work on own initiative as well as collaboratively, inclusively and flexibly with others.

  • Able to work in other locations on occasions.
