Your new role
As the HR Manager you will be required to run the day to day management of a site of 160 employees.
This role will be a full generalist role and both recruitment and payroll will fall under your remit as well as the entire HR process. You will be directly line managing 1 other HR team member and so the role will be very hands on and will require you to get involved within the entire process. The role is very wide and will give you the opportunity to utilise your skills within the entire HR process.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience working within a HR generalist at a senior level. is essential.
- You will have a knowledge of both the recruitment and payroll process.
- Hands on operational experience and the ability to demonstrate your knowledge of the entire HR process.
This role is offered on a rolling month to month basis with a minimum of 1 month. The role is to cover a period of long term sick and so does not have a set end date at the moment. This role is ideal for somebody who is in between jobs at the moment and somebody who would like to utilise their skills as a full HR generalist. The role is paying upto £37,000. The client is looking for this role to start immediately and so you must be immediately available.
