Support the Group HR Manager in providing a high-quality HR support to the business. Comprehensive HR administration support and act as point of contact for HR and the GHRM. Responsible for maintaining and coordinating group training requirements, working with the regional managers on recruitment activities and ensuring all necessary HR documentation is maintained.

Maintain employee files and ensure records are updated as necessary.

Maintain the HR Database.

Co-ordinate training activities.

Co-ordinate the staff appraisals process.

Maintaining recruitment databased, resourcing candidates and improving recruitment methods.

Onboarding new employees and ensuring requirements are in place working with the regional managers.

Support the GHRM in dealing with enquiries by staff.

Processing HR documentation and general HR administration.

Support the GHRM managing the global Health and Safety at work requirements.

Other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Occasional travel may be required.


Qualifications and Experience:

Degree or A Level educated.

Proven HR administration experience.

Good understanding of HR legislation.

Experience of working in a global company.

Driving licence essential as will be required to visit our Dartford office.

Knowledge and Skills:

Advanced working knowledge of MS Office, in particular word and excel.

Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

Confident and approachable manner.

Experience of working in a global company.

Some knowledge of Health and Safety an advantage.

Reliable, flexible and must be able to work under pressure.

Ability to prioritise own workload.

Job Offer

up to £30,000

37.5 hours per week

discretionary bonus depending on performance
