Oakleaf Partnership are recruiting an attractive Recruitment Manager role for our client, a growing US law firm based in the City.
As the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for managing fee earner (Associate) and Business Servicess hiring (all levels) as well as overseeing Trainee recruitment (low vol) and Development supported by a Recruitment Coordinator. You will work closely with the HR Manager (and team) along with the London Manager group.
Key responsibilities include:
Build relationships with Partners and Business Heads to manage Associate and Business Services hiring end-to-end.
Manag Trainee recruitment and development end-to-end up to the point of qualification supported by a coordinator, including seat rotation and performance management. Note: There's not a huge volume of Trainee hires.
To establish and manage strong relationships with key recruitment firms for both legal an business services recruitment.
As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate:
Significant previous experience within a Recruitment function, ideally within a global law firm or professional services.
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills and an ability to prioritise
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Behavioural interviewing skills
An ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
Flexibility to evolve with the position as required
- Degree (2:1) and / or CIPD preferred
