Interim Head of HR - £500 - £600pd

Our client, based in London, require a Head of HR for 6 months with the view to extend.

This is an exciting role for a senior HR Generalist who thrives on leading HR strategy and operations. It offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic development of the Human resources function within a successful multi academy trust. As the Head of HR, you will lead and manage the overall provision of HR services, policies, and programmes for the Trust.


  • Proven experience as a Senior HR Generalist who has led and managed a HR Team

  • Experience of managing a service-driven HR Function

  • Excellent working knowledge of employment legislation and best practice

  • Experience on leading TUPE transfer

  • Experience on leading compliance audits

  • Experience of managing positive Trade Union relationships, including consultation and negotiations.
