Ashley Kate HR are working on an exciting HR Director opportunity based in Heathrow for a leading logistics business who are passionate about their people.
Reporting into the CEO, you will operate as the strategic HR partner to the Senior Management team, Senior Managers and all other stakeholders across the business.
You will be responsible for creating and overseeing the delivery of the people strategy in line with the business goals where you will mentor, coach and develop senior management as well as the HR team to ensure that everyone is included in the journey. You will embrace and drive change as the business scales by working alongside the Senior Management providing expert advice and leadership.
- 10 year + HR experience with the most recent being at Director Level
- 5 years+ previous experience in a HR leadership role
- Experience of successfully managing large People projects
- Experience leading large TUPE projects
- Experience with new system implementation
- CIPD Qualified
To be considered for this role you must be working at a HR Director Level and have experience reporting into a CEO/MD. You will have a collaborative working style and have experience working with a diverse employee base.

Salary £100K base, car allowance £8700, 30% bonus plus some excellent benefits.
