The interim Head of HR will need to take ownership of a period of transformation in both the HR offering but also the wider business. This will include the strategic development of the HR strategy and the operational implementation of HR content alongside the existing HR team.

The Head of HR will be responsible for the development of the HR offering within the UK. They will manage a small team and will need to continue to develop the HR team. The Head of HR will also need to take charge of some change management activity as well as project work.
