An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as an HR Administrator for an innovative Insurance organisation, based in Central London. In this role as HR Administrator, you'll be reporting to the HR Manager.
Your new role
In your new job as an HR Administrator working in the busy London office, you'll be exposed to a wide range of operations in the central HR function. You'll be tasked with a wide range of responsibilities from on-boarding and inducting new joiners, managing maternity and paternity cases, assisting in ER cases, and providing ad hoc support where necessary. This new opportunity to work in the central HR function will provide you with great exposure to a wide range or HR operations, and will allow you to utilise and develop your skill set.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in your new role as an HR Administrator, you'll have worked in a similar position, within the financial services industry, whereby you'll have developed knowledge of the HR function. You'll have a good understanding of the entire employee lifecycle, and have a passion for learning new skills and developing your knowledge of HR.
