A global Commercial business based in Central London, are currently recruiting for a Reward Manager to join them on a permanent full time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity with a reputable brand.
Your new role
As Reward Manager you will report into the Head of Reward, and manage a Reward Analyst. You will be responsible for the cyclical reward activities, managing the annual pay review process, and compensation projects. You will support the Head of Reward on the development the development of a new career framework.
The company is also implementing Workday currently so you will be involved in the smooth transition.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Reward professional looking to join a fast paced and commercially driven business. You will have demonstrable experience of managing reward projects, as well as pay structures, pay reviews, benchmarking, and job evaluation. You will also have strong Excel skills.
