A financial services company based in Central London are looking to recruit a Compensation Manager to join them on a full-time permanent basis.
Your new role
You will sit within the HR Incentive team, as a Compensation Manager to the commercial business. You will provide recommendations to Senior Management on their variable compensation strategy, by developing compensation calculation and measurement tools.
You will be the main point of contact on sales incentive programs, and develop and implement programs within the business. This role will provide support across Europe including Germany, France, Italy and the Nordics.
You will also be involved in other compensation initiatives across the business and sit within the Centre of Excellence.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have significant compensation experience, and have designed sales incentive plans previously. You will be able to manipulate data in order to make strong recommendations to the business. This is a stand-alone role, so you must be a pro-active self-starter.
