I am working with a well-established leading housing association based in Central London who are looking for a Learning and Delivery Consultant to join them as soon as possible on a permanent basis in their growing team.
The role includes but is not limited to:
Providing the best innovative learning interventions that are delivered across the organisation and caters for the diversity of our people and their needs
Working with the Learning and Development Manager and Business Partners to build the curriculum which addresses the emerging needs of the business and proactively plan and schedule appropriate training needs
Deliver first class service which includes the design and delivery of high quality learning interventions, development of easy to use and professional workbooks and handouts, monitor and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of the learning provided
Provide face to face learning interventions (classroom, one to one, team based)
Develop E-Learning and/ or blended learning tools as and when is required
To lead on various Learning and Development projects
The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience of the full learning cycle, can challenge and influence senior stakeholders as well as extensive experience and exposure to delivering various delivering needs to a large organisation effectively. You will need to be a self-motivator, organised, experience in working in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail and strong relationship building skills.
