  • Provide full support and guidance on all HR matters
  • Deal with general HR queries and provide advice and follow-up, as appropriate
  • Carry out pre employment checks and co-ordinate the Bank's induction for new joiners
  • Ensure all personnel files are accurate and up-to-date
  • Participate in and support the HR team in various processes such as HR Audits, SOPs and E Learning
  • Provide operational support in relation to specific HR projects
  • Assist with general HR administration, including recruitment, benefits and training
  • Run/generate monthly and ad hoc employee data reports
  • Organise, conduct and maintain data on leavers and exit interviews
  • Lead and coordinate the monthly payroll process in collaboration with the external payroll provider and respond to pay related questions
  • Track and capture all visa and immigration related documentation
  • Process any data changes, workflows & paper work such as training request, promotions and internal transfers
  • Help resolve grievance, disciplinary, absence & performance management issues
  • Maintain and update all organisational charts
