My client is a growing technology company who require a commercially and technically strong Business Partner to support their international markets. Working with the broader People team and reporting into the people Director you will support primarily their European markets across the full employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities will include;
Working with the employee experience team cultivating a high performing culture in their global offices.
Help drive diversity and inclusion measures across the employee lifecycle
Support the implementation of talent development activities within the market working with People Partners to develop their capability as required
Promote performance management to leverage improvement in capability and demonstrate a fair and consistent approach to managing performance across al teams
You will be able to demonstrate the ability to influence through delivery with a strong passion for making a difference. Candidates will have a background demonstrating delivery across international markets with a strong technical and commercial mindset.
