Senior Compensation Consultant
A Financial Services organisation based in Canary Wharf is currently looking for a Senior Compensation professional to join the team on a permanent basis.
Reporting into the Head of Compensation and acting as a number two or deputy, the Senior Comp professional will be responsible for business as usual year end matters as well as leading on a number of upcoming projects across EMEA. Key responsibilities will include:
Managing the annual review cycle
Coordinating the organisations incentive plan and providing guidance/ recommendations on how this could be improved
Overseeing the management of the market data process
Job structure reviews
Keeping up to date with remuneration regulations that affect a level two organisation
Serve as the comp lead for M&A activity
Previous experience working in a regulated financial services environment
Strong knowledge of compensation
Comfortable making senior decisions without the presence of the Head of Compensation
Excellent project management skills
Strong stakeholder management experience
Advanced user of excel and analytical in nature
