Senior Compensation Consultant

A Financial Services organisation based in Canary Wharf is currently looking for a Senior Compensation professional to join the team on a permanent basis.

Reporting into the Head of Compensation and acting as a number two or deputy, the Senior Comp professional will be responsible for business as usual year end matters as well as leading on a number of upcoming projects across EMEA. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the annual review cycle

  • Coordinating the organisations incentive plan and providing guidance/ recommendations on how this could be improved

  • Overseeing the management of the market data process

  • Job structure reviews

  • Keeping up to date with remuneration regulations that affect a level two organisation

  • Serve as the comp lead for M&A activity

Key requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a regulated financial services environment

  • Strong knowledge of compensation

  • Comfortable making senior decisions without the presence of the Head of Compensation

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Strong stakeholder management experience

  • Advanced user of excel and analytical in nature
