My client, a global Hospitality giant, are seeking a HR Manager to look after thier Head Office team in North London.
You will be based at the Head Office in North London with some travel, though this will not be regular. You will be a person with a positive mindset who is ambitious and happy to work within a fast-paced environment. You will be high energy and passionate about what you do. Your background will ideally be Hospitality and/ or retail.
Your role will be generalist and the main points will be to drive the people agenda for your client group at the Head Office. You will report in to the Senior HR Manager and the Head of HR.
Your duties will compose a mix of ER, Policy, L&D,Engagment, Analytics and HR System. There will be GDPR training to carry out across the business usig best practice policies in HR.
Ideally you will have a degree or the equivalent experience and CIPD is desirable. You will be able to start within one-two months ideally.
