LMA have an exciting new opportunity as a Recruiter for a Saas Technology Company.
Working with this SaaS tech company, there is a need to recruit a high calibre Recruiter in response to strong growth targets across the EMEA region on a 6 month fixed term contract.
You will work with the EMEA executive team, hiring managers and HR to develop and implement recruitment plans and deliver the full end-to-end recruitment life cycle as they look to double the size of their sales organisation. You'll be proactive in promoting a cost efficient and consistent recruitment service to the business and have the scope and autonomy to bring your own ideas contributing to continuous improvement in talent acquisition strategy.
The role requires experience using a range of recruitment methodologies, such as direct sourcing, headhunting, search techniques and utilising social media, such as LinkedIn.
To excel, you will have a proven track record of achievement in technology solution sales recruitment. You will be able to demonstrate excellent client relationship management and have the gravitas and commerciality to establish credibility with senior management to successfully deliver a first class recruitment solution.
Delivery focused, the role will suit a self-starter and someone who is potentially interested in a temp to permanent opportunity and looking to pay circa £45k.
