Junior HR Business Partner

My client, a well known Investment Bank in the city, currently have a Junior HR Business Partner opportunity available until the end of the year.

Duties:

  • Keep recruitment vacancies up to date, source, screen and record CVs, arrange interviews and attend where needed, manage feedback and the offer process
  • Generate offer letters and create New Starter welcome packs
  • Conduct the vetting process
  • Monitor Probationary periods, confirmations and extensions
  • Support absence management, referrals to Occupational Health and advising line
  • Manage work experience placements
  • Supporting on employee relations matters e.g. disciplinaries and grievances
  • Managing contract changes
  • Assist with re-structures and redundancy processes
  • Conduct Exit interviews and manage leaver administration
  • Ad hoc HR projects and duties as required

Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong experience in an HR role within a major international bank is desirable
  • Proven track record of working in a dynamic and growing business
  • Credible working knowledge of UK employment law and practices is desirable
  • Proactive and engaging approach to building stakeholder relationships at all levels
  • Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, in-house systems
