An exciting opportunity has arisen working as an HR Business Partner for a Facilities Management Company based in London.
Your new role
In your new role you will be the HR lead to support managers through organisational change, for example through TUPE, restructures and change management. In addition, you will be the first point of contact to stakeholders and be involved with all complex ER casework.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will have experience in delivering complex employment-related change programmes. You will have extensive experience in complex ER cases; policies and procedure harmonisation; upskilling management. You will ideally have worked in a Unionised environment and be from a commercially focused background.
What you'll get in return
Remuneration including a base salary of up to £55,000 and package.
