Your new company
A large award winning social enterprise, not-for-profit charity based in Taunton are looking for a permanent Regional HR Business Partner. This private organisation is known for its market leading brand across the UK and in the last two years have expanded the business into the South West & Wales region.
Your new role
You will be supporting this business with upskilling and empowering its employees at all levels across the region, advising SMT on all HR related matters as well as managing a HR team of 6. This role is 40hpw and you will be based in Taunton and be in Cornwall 1dpw, Cardiff 1dpw, Bath 1dpm & London 1dpm. You will need to be a strong HR Generalist with excellent strategic experience who can plan and implement projects with great communication skills.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to have keys strengths in strategy, coaching and upskilling and change management with excellent relationship building qualities. You will need to be a hardworking and friendly professional who can hold their own. You will need to be able to hit the ground running and preferably have a valid CIPD qualification.
