A permanent role for a Head of HR working for a retail business based in York. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Head of HR to lead a HR function and work with the leadership team in the business. The Head of HR will need to have multi site experience, have proven experience leading a successful HR team and be able to coach, advise and build talent functions throughout the business.
The Head of HR will be responsible for development performance reviews. implementing programme for improved engagement, implementation of attendance, managing training and development, succession planning and payroll. You will need a strong HR background and already worked in a generalist lead position in a fast paced environment. If you have strong TUPE experience this would be fantastic.
