Your new role
As a regional HRBP, you will be required to travel to various locations frequently and look after the Apprenticeship and graduate development with knowledge of both internal and external practices. You will be working closely with the business and recruitment team to ensure resource needs are met and programmes are aligned to business and HR strategy. Oversee the delivery of the apprenticeship and graduate programmes, providing a value-added service to the business. In addition, manage key suppliers and partners including Duke of Edinburgh, Collab Group/ Activate Apprenticeships and the Skills Funding Agency ensuring value for money and a service which delivers for the business
What you'll need to succeed
You must previous experience of managing the Apprenticeship Levy, including understanding the detail of how it is calculated and the best way to draw down from the levy. you must have successfully led multiple projects and managed change in a complex organisation. Also, worked collaboratively with other group functions and business areas to resolve complex issues
