Our client is part of the transport industry, a rail company that operates out of Central / West London. As part of their charter to provide a welcoming, reliable, safe and value for money service to their customers they are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team and make their mark on the Talent Acquisition function.
As the successful applicant you will manage the recruitment process from end to end, from writing inspiring job briefs and adverts to making offers and closing candidates. You will understand the importance of getting the right person into the right job and what a difference the right hire can make.
You will have in house or solid RPO experience although if this is preceded by experience gained within an agency environment that would be great. You will be able to demonstrate the confidence and credibility to deal with senior stakeholders and advise and guide on the best way to achieve that great hire!
You'll be someone who enjoys a busy workload and knows how to prioritise based on what your stakeholders, both internal and external, need from you. Being organised and an excellent communicator is very important, you will be comfortable getting out on a regular basis to visit the other depots where you may be recruiting as you could have between 20 to 30 open roles at any one time.
As part of the HR team, you will have input into building their online presence by posting on LinkedIn weekly and re-writing the recruitment pages on their website and you will have overall responsibility for shaping and directing the recruitment process.
