Emerging Talent Business Partner
Your new role
You will work closely with the business and recruitment team to ensure resource needs are met and programmes are aligned to business and HR strategy. You will also oversee the delivery of the apprenticeship and graduate programmes, providing a value-added service to the business. Working with the business leads, you will maximise the return on the apprenticeship levy. You will also be responsible for leading and developing a small team of advisers.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for someone with an in depth knowledge and experience in Apprenticeship and Graduate development with knowledge of both internal and external practices. You should also have knowledge of managing the Apprenticeship Levy, including understanding the detail of how it is calculated and the best way to draw down from the levy
You will also have successfully led multiple projects and managed change in a complex organisation and worked collaboratively with other group functions and business areas to resolve complex issues.
