My client, a global organisation within the tech space, based in Central London are seeking a strong administrator to join the Learning and Development team. The vacancy is due to internal progression within the team and is initially on a 6 month temporary basis to coordinate events and training, to begin ASAP.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide admin support to the global Learning and Development team

  • Coordinate logistics for learning and development events - including preparation of course materials and room bookings, managing trackers etc.

  • Edit and update PowerPoint presentations to be used in business updates and training sessions

  • Arrange weekly team meetings including agenda and minutes

  • Accurately maintain and record attendance of training events

  • Capture feedback of training events via survey tool

  • Liaise with global offices to arrange development events

Experience Required:

  • Proven administrative experience

  • Experience within L&D/ co-ordinating training programmes or events

  • Proficient in Microsoft office - particular focus on strong skills in excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Good IT skills

  • Strong multi-tasking ,organisational and time-management skills

  • Self-motivated

  • High attention to detail

  • Previous experience of Learning Management systems (Workday) is advantageous, but not required

The successful L&D Co-ordinator will be required to attend some events and will be confident liasing with clients face to face. This position is to start ASAP to will need to be immediately available or at short notice to be considered.
