I am working with an amazing adult education organisation based in Central London who are looking for a HR Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis. This is an exciting time to join the organisation as they are growing and currently going through lots of changes.
This is a true generalist Business Partner role with a growing and changing organisation. Some of the role includes but is not limited to:
Coach and support managers within the respective areas of the organisation on all HR Generalist and Employee Relations matters
Focus on building confidence and capability in Managers to improve the employee experience
Work with the Head of HR to understand the resourcing plans for the organisation, understand the current process and establish any improvements if needed
Design and deliver management training on HR policies and procedures
Manage casework as needed across the full spectrum of employee relations requirements and manage required database
The right person for this role will have excellent communication and relationship building skills, someone who is confident managing and coaching team members on various aspects of the employee lifecycle and employee relation matters. As well as experience working in an environment which is very past paced and open to change.
