Interim HR Manager
£200 - £250 per day
An exciting interim position has arisen within a national FMCG business based in Middlesex. They require an experienced HR manager to join them on an interim basis to support on a full generalist remit across two sites. There is a potential for this role to also be made permanent.
You will work closely with line managers on matters such as employment law, employee relations, resourcing, employee development and performance management to ensure the business delivers on people plan.
Duties will include:
To understand group and site HR objectives and initiatives, and ensure that the day to day HR activities support them
Work closely with line managers to deliver the people plan
Support, coach, and train line managers in areas such as recruitment and selection, grievance handling, absence and performance management
Identify key common training and development needs up to middle management
Proactively resource all vacancies in line with the recruitment policy
Previous HR manager level experience
Experience working in FMCG, or a similar industry
Knowledge of ER, employment law, and engagement
Ability to multi-task, and work on several projects at one time
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
This role will require you to drive, so clean driving licence in the UK is necessary
As this is an interim role, you must be available immediately.
