We are looking for immediately available payroll administrators to work on a temporary basis for a period of 3 months. Working with a leading charitable organisation you will be responsible for administering a range of payroll processes including, new starters, absence, redundancy, retirement and pensions.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring payroll is administrative and processed effectively in time for month end
  • Benefits administration
  • Ensure all electronic and paper files are stored inline with company polices around data protection
  • Support in an audit processes of the payroll system

The ideal payroll admin:

  • Previous experience with payroll admin
  • Good ability to work as part of a team
  • Experienced with data entry
