A Senior Learning and Development Manager role for a successful facilities management business based in Central London with travel involved across the UK.

The role will work with the Learning and Development team to ensure that they are effectively deployed and performing to their full potential in line with the business aims. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong people management and leadership development experience. The ideal candidate will be a senior level L&D individual who wants to step into a management position.

This role will support the development of the Head of Operations and Operations Managers in the business which will require an individual who has extensive senior stakeholder relationships.

You will coach, challenge and advise managers in order to embed behaviours and values required to create and maintain a constructive culture. You will propose and gain acceptance for budgets and plans to enable the provision and development of sufficient resources and people to mtach current and future learning and development requirements economically.

The successful candidate will hold strong experience of working with emerging learning technologies, including social learning platforms.
