HR Manager (Secretarial Team)

Our client, an internationally renowned Law Firm are now looking for a Senior Level HR Manager specifically aligned to the secretarial teams.

This is a really exciting opportunity where your skills as an HR Manager will be utilised to the maximum. As the HR Manager you will be commercially aware, proactive, flexible and able to understand how to work with Secretarial teams.

The role requires someone with substantial experience of HR specifically supporting a Secretarial function. You'll need a thorough understanding of behaviours, challenges, work structures and frustrations regarding secretarial functions and be able to address and relay these themes to the Board.

In this role you will work with the senior management team to develop the secretarial function and ensure that it is meeting the strategic objectives of the firm. You will build relationships within the business to ensure that HR is a strategic business partner within the client group, contributing to business planning and strategic discussions by providing commercial advice and support on all HR operational issues.

You'll work with Partners and the wider business to ensure initiatives and solutions have full support ahead of implementation, influencing and supporting change management across the practice.

You will be the voice of the secretarial function in HR and Board meetings representing them and enlightening the senior stakeholders to nuances within the function.
