A professional services firm in central Birmingham are seeking a Senior HR Advisor to support their business. Part of a large busy team, you will assist stakeholders across the full generalist HR remit.
This is a mid-sized law firm working with cross-sector clients across the UK. They have a high performance culture and recruit commercially focused, highly skilled people for thier business. You will join a very supportive HR team where personal development is highly encouraged and will have clear routes for progression. This would be an ideal role for an experienced HR Advisor wanting to move into a business which will develop you towards a HR Business Partner role.
Based in the city centre, you will work in conjunction with the divisional HRBP to support senior stakeholders in two cleint groups. Focus points for each client group are different, but will include both complex ER casework and project based work. As such, we are looking for a HR generalist with extensive experience in Employee Relations who has acted autonomously in managing ER in current/previous roles.
In this generalist role, you will be able to give expert advise in all areas, be approachable in your outlook whilst managing stakeholder relationships with confidence. You will have line management responsibility for one HR Advisor.
To be considered for this role you will:
Have experience as a Senior HR Advisor
Ideally, have a background in professional services firms
Have generalist HR expertise across the full employee lifecycle
Clear experience managing complex ER casework
Have expert Employment Law knowledgelations
Be able to coach senior managers
Be CIPD qualified
