Interim HRBP, 3 months, Immediate start, £200 - £230 per day, Based in City of London

You will be joining a french multinational electric utility company, which operates in the fields of electricity generation and distribution, natural gas, nuclear and renewable energy.
Your new role
Your new role will require you to be responsible for ensuring the annual HR cycle is delivered within their sphere of influence, following policy, budget and to time. This includes but is not limited to the following - the annual salary reviews, bonus schemes, performance reviews, succession and talent programmes. Provides HR Lead in mobilisation and demobilisation projects, structural change and other people change programmes across the Sector. These projects are owned by the Business with the HRBP leading on HR support including planning, managing risk, delivering the change with the business. Ensures talent and succession plans are in place across the Sector with appropriate development plans that are monitored. Supports the creation of the development plan through asking the right questions/challenging the status quo.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified CIPD member preferably Member
- Experience in an HRBP role
- Track-record in HR and change management roles
- Track-record in dealing with unions
- Knowledge of UK employment legislation and best practice
