Interim Learning & Development Advisor

Ashley Kate are proud to working in partnership with a leading UK retailer in their search for a Learning and Development Advisor. This role will be based in Sheffield and is a fixed term contract until March 2019.

Your main focus in this role will be to deliver the L&D strategy at an operational level alongside the L&D Manager.

Your role will include the following:

·Design and develop L&D initiatives to support the development of colleagues across the business.
·Work with managers across the business to ensure L&D initiatives are pro actively planned in order to ensure anticipated business needs are met in line with peaks and troughs
·Support managers in embedding a positive culture of learning and development opportunities for all.
·Create a suite of resources and materials, using a wide variety of mediums to ensure engagement and accessibility for all.
·Work with subject matter experts where needed to deliver specialist training
·Design, deliver and evaluate all activity relating to staff engagement surveys to drive employee engagement within the business
·Support business growth in the training and upskilling of new employees for new sites

What you need:
·Experience of working in an L&D Advisory role
·Experience of working in either a retail or customer service focused business
·The ability to travel across multiple sites to meet business demands.
