Interim HR Business Partner

Interim HR Business Partner - £350- £450pd (dependent on experience)

Our client requires a HR Business Partner to support them on a 3-month Interim project.

As a Business Partner you will be aligning HR practice with business strategy to deliver commercially focused HR solutions that support the business needs. You will work with the organisation to deliver meaningful results by harnessing the whole HR function and developing and implementing people management best practice.

Key duties:

  • Work in partnership with the business to ensure that appropriate procedures and best practice is followed to deliver positive change outcomes for redundancy, TUPE transfers or other change management initiatives.

  • Build management capability for managing employee relations issues and improve the effectiveness of consultation.

  • Forge close and influential working relationships with key organisational stakeholders.

  • Raise awareness of the importance of employee engagement and wellbeing to support staff performance and the ability to put this into practice.

  • Contribute to the development of the wider HR strategy and work to ensure a cohesive and coordinated HR service across the business.

  • Have handled end to end experience of managing redundancy in force programs in either global, large or medium organisations and can lead and manage through the complete and sometimes complex process.
