HR Project Manager

My client is a global organisation in the commerce space. They are looking for a HR Project Manager to join their fast-paced team on a 3 - 6 month interim basis initially.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Support governance set up including detailed Gantt chart with key interdependencies, logs, resource tracking

  • Manage collation of regular logs/dashboard inputs and support update gathering from key workstreams

  • RAID log collation

  • Support prepatation for milestone/gate reviews

  • Set up weekly project meetings

  • Collation of tracking information

The ideal candidate for this HR Project Manager will be Prince2 qualified, within business and/or HR qualification. You will be familiar with more than one PM methodology/governance. Strong skills in MS Project, Excel and Powerpoint. Candidates who have good international/EMEA experience will be highly preferred. You will be quick to learn, ask questions and balance working quickly and accurately.
