HR Systems Analyst
Oakleaf are working with a large Insurance firm based in the City, they are looking for a HR Systems Analyst to join on a 6 month contract.
This role will be responsible for all HR systems administration, ensuring effective day-to-day systems operation and providing second line support for systems queries. This role will ensure the effective functioning of HR systems and data interfaces, and contribute to the design and implementation of technology changes and software development including user acceptance testing.
Data, MI and reporting knowledge will be a dual part to this role as well as looking at skill gaps within the team which impact current and future service objectives.
The ideal candidate will be an established systems analyst, previous HR experience is not a pre-requisite but being able to interpret HR data will be beneficial for this role. You will have the ability to analyse, interrogate and interpret management information and put forward system and process enhancements recommendations.
