The company have created a successful partnership with a very well known holiday provider so have an incredibly strong backing whilst maintaining a family feel in their idyllic office in York.

Your new role

Working with the Managing Director you will take full control over the companies HR offering whilst providing strategic and operational support to the management team. Using your experience and enthusiasm to deliver new ideas and insight, you will guide organisational change and the growth of the business.

What you'll need to succeed

This role would be well suited to a HR Advisor who has deputised for a HR Manager, or a current HR Manager who is comfortable supporting 50-100 staff in a standalone position.
CIPD Accreditation (5 or 7) is desired.
Experience using Cascade is preferable.
