With around 450 employees within the UK, you will be responsible for internal communications across the business sitting within the HR team, supporting with the engagement of their people.
You will be responsible for communicating and engaging employees around the core values of the business by producing and editing content for internal platforms such as e-newsletters, printed publications, digital screening and an online sharing platform.
You will assist in the management of the brands intranet, sharing your knowledge and engaging users across the business to utilise this platform effectively. Working closely with the events team you will organise the annual conference and assist in the running of quarterly leadership sessions. Overall you will communicate to the population using the brands tone of voice and position all communications to a variety of different stakeholders.
For this role you will need to have prior experience around internal communications and the ability to autonomously write content and manage multiple projects.
