Reward Adviser - 6 month contract
My client is a leading media business based in Central London and I working exclusively with them to recruit a Reward Adviser for a 6 month contract.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced reward specialist or HR generalist with aspirations to specialise their skill set. Alongside assisting in various interesting projects, the focus of the contract role will be to coordinate and support the annual pay review to lead the annual salary servery submissions and to own and manage the monthly flexible benefits administration working closely with third part suppliers. You will also be responsible for managing the annual benefits enrolment working alongside the internal communications teams and marketing teams to produce innovative communications materials.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and will be able to liaise effecting with stakeholders at all levels across the business. Ideally you will have worked in a matrixed organisation with a fundamental understanding of reward or a keenness to learn. For more information, please apply.
