A generalist HR Assistant role is available at a leading technology company based in Enfield. An opportunity to work within a small team to gain great exposure to all aspects of HR.
A leading technology company with offices based in Enfield. To be part of a small HR team, reporting to an HR Manager which will give the opportunity and support to gain exposure to a variety of different areas in HR.
The HR Assistant will:
- coordinate recruitment processes
- assist with employee relations cases, acting as the first line of contact for queries and advice
- producing a variety of management information reports and maintaining the HR System
- carrying out general employee life-cycle administration duties
The HR Assistant should have had exposure to working in a generalist role and should be confident in carrying out a range of duties independently.
You should be happy working in a small team and happy to muck in where needed.
You will need to be able to work at a fast pace and handle high volumes of work.
The HR Assistant will be employed on a twelve month contract basis and will receive a competitive salary along with the company benefits package. There is free parking onsite at the offices.
